Job Description
MALFA Auto Electric is hiring a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the electric auto sales sector. The role is target-based, and attractive performance incentives will be provided as-based, and attractive performance incentives will be provided as an add-on upon achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and approach potential customers
- Promote and sell electric vehicles/products to customers
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
- Support showroom walk-in customers and inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of customer handling
