- Manage end-to-end execution of international air export shipments, primarily handling overseas client (nomination) shipments.
- Coordinate with IATA airlines to obtain booking schedules and shipment confirmations.
- Liaise with shippers, Customs House Agents (CHA), transporters, and airlines to ensure timely and seamless shipment execution.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices related to export shipments. Book the Invoices and close the file.
- Successfully manage a monthly volume of air export shipments while maintaining operational accuracy and on-time performance.
- Monitor shipment tracking status, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
