Job Title: Direct Sales Manager

Role Summary-
Pride World City is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead and execute our direct (non-Channel Partner). You will act as the ultimate custodian of the direct customer journey, taking ownership of clients from their initial site visit through to final booking.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the Presales department and the Closing team, actively engaging with direct walk-in clients, driving revisits, and ensuring high conversion rates for all non-broker-involved sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Direct Sales (Non-CP): Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for all direct sales initiatives, taking full responsibility for meeting and exceeding direct sales targets.
Presales Coordination & Site Visits: Collaborate closely with the Presales department to seamlessly transition leads, maximizing site visits and ensuring a premium first-touch experience for the customer.
Direct Walk-in Custodian: Act as the dedicated custodian for all direct walk-in customers (clients without broker/CP involvement). Ensure they receive personalized, undivided attention and a comprehensive overview of the Pride World City project.
Client Engagement & Revisits: Personally engage with prospective buyers, build strong relationships, address objections, and proactively drive customer revisits to keep the sales momentum alive.
Coordination with Closing Managers: Work in tandem with Closing Managers to strategize deal closures. Ensure smooth handovers when necessary and actively participate in final negotiations to secure the booking.
End-to-End Conversion: Track, manage, and nurture the direct sales pipeline, taking ownership of the ultimate goal: successfully converting direct leads into confirmed bookings.

Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, specifically focusing on direct/developer sales rather than channel partner networks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a flair for impactful presentations and persuasive storytelling.
Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer experience, relationship building, and consultative selling.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Presales, Closing Managers, and CRM teams.
Drive & Resilience: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate environment.
