Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly individual who can create engaging video content, manage our social media presence, and represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera, have a good understanding of social media trends, and be capable of planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging camera-facing videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content.
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
- Develop content calendars and execute content strategies.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content formats.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Required Skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, and editing.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in content creation and social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with an impressive portfolio and strong on-camera presence are also encouraged to apply.
