Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.50 Lakh per month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete plant operations independently.
- Achieve production targets with optimum quality and productivity.
- Manage Production, Maintenance,Stores, Planning and Dispatch.
- Ensure machine utilisation, cost control and process improvement.
- Lead and develop plant teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Management for production planning and business goals.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Plastic) preferred.
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and Electrical Switches/Plates Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the entire manufacturing plant.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
