Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and online product sales through ROI-focused campaigns
- Scale paid campaigns while maintaining optimal CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing funnels from awareness to conversion and retention
- Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and repeat purchases
Product Growth & Brand Scaling
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Curapod across D2C, B2B, and healthcare channels
- Create marketing campaigns focused on product awareness, user education, and customer trust-building
- Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and medical teams to align campaigns with product positioning
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies
- Analyze consumer behavior and optimize user journeys for higher conversions
Marketplace & E-commerce Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns for e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Improve website traffic, landing page performance, and product conversion rates
- Work on cart recovery, email automation, upselling, and customer retention strategies
- Coordinate with web and design teams for high-converting creatives and product pages
Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and dashboards
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable business insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and ad copies
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, LTV, and conversion metrics
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Marketing
- Experience in D2C product marketing and e-commerce growth strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Shopify/WooCommerce, CRM tools, and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical devices, or consumer product companies is highly preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, or Analytics are an added advantage
