Job Title: Inventory /Warehouse Manager
Location: Aluva
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Inventory/Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receiving and issuing, stock accuracy, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain MIS records.
- Follow company policies and safety standards within the store.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store In-Charge in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
