We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead the overall sales function, drive revenue growth, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving business targets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, lead management, and CRM activities to improve conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support the closure of high-value property transactions and resolve escalated client concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present business insights to management.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent while maintaining high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
