The Role:
We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on owning client relationships end-to-end — someone who spots a problem before the client does, asks the right questions, and drives outcomes without needing to be managed closely. You'll manage accounts — and that's where your energy should be.
What You'll Do:
- Own a portfolio of US dental and healthcare clients as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate across internal Ads, SEO, and delivery teams to ensure client commitments are met
- Proactively identify risks — performance dips, delivery gaps, renewal pressure — and address them before escalation
- Run structured monthly reviews with clients, translating data into clear business impact
- Build relationships deep enough that clients see you as a strategic partner, not a support contact
- Flag upsell and expansion opportunities based on your understanding of client goal
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years in account management, client success, or client servicing — ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
- You listen more than you talk — in client calls and in internal problem-solving
- You take ownership. When something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, not explain why it wasn't your fault
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you make judgment calls with incomplete information
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can simplify complexity without dumbing it down
- Experience working with US-based clients is a strong plus

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
