*Key Responsibilities*
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, especially optimization and performance tuning in production
- Able to recommend sizing for customers and clearly communicate cluster requirements
- Strong grasp of Kubernetes best practices: security, scaling, scheduling, and resource management
- Solid core Linux skills: system administration, networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Real experience building and running on-prem infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible
- Hands-on packaging and release management with Helm
- Experience running PostgreSQL on Kubernetes, including clustering, high availability, and Postgres performance tuning
- Experience with NOSQL databases and work experience maintaining Cassandra Clusters
- Observability with Prometheus and Grafana: metrics, dashboards, and alerting
- Experience setting up logging and monitoring across distributed, microservices-based systems
- Strong debugging skills across Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure, and distributed systems
- A track record in a microservices-based, scaled-up environment
- Rich experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certified

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
