LEADERSHIP & COMPLETE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
We are looking for a Visionary School Leader—not merely a person seeking a job.
The ideal candidate should have the mindset of a School Leader/Principal who takes complete ownership of the institution’s growth, reputation, academic standards, statutory compliance and day-to-day functioning.
The Principal will be expected to independently manage and ensure the complete compliance and operational framework of the school, with minimal dependence on the Director/Chairman for routine matters.
The candidate must be capable of personally handling and monitoring:
- Complete CBSE compliance and documentation in accordance with the latest CBSE rules, regulations and Bye-Laws.
- OASIS, SARAS and other CBSE portals, including data submission, updating, verification, documentation and timely compliance.
- All CBSE inspections, affiliation requirements, mandatory disclosures, undertakings, reports and official correspondence.
- Formation, documentation and functioning of all required School Committees, Cells and statutory bodies, including proper records, meetings, minutes and follow-up.
- Academic planning, curriculum implementation, lesson planning, teacher monitoring and classroom quality.
- Examinations from planning to execution, including schedules, question papers, internal assessments, practicals, records, evaluation and documentation.
- Result preparation, analysis and academic improvement plans, with responsibility for improving student performance.
- Student records, attendance, assessment records, registers, school documentation and academic files.
- Daily school operations, discipline, punctuality, assemblies, activities, events, staff coordination and overall administration.
- Teacher performance monitoring, mentoring, training, accountability and professional development.
- Parent communication and grievance handling, maintaining a professional and positive relationship with parents and the community.
- Coordination with CBSE, government departments and other regulatory authorities whenever required.
- Ensuring that all school processes are systematic, documented, timely and audit/inspection-ready at all times.
VISION, OWNERSHIP & INSTITUTIONAL GROWTH
The Principal must not approach the position merely as a job or designation. We are looking for someone who thinks like an institution builder.
The candidate should:
- Have a clear personal vision for school development, aligned with the vision and growth objectives of the Director/Chairman.
- Take complete ownership and responsibility for the school’s academic and administrative performance.
- Think beyond routine duties and proactively introduce systems, ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Build a strong, accountable and high-performing teaching and administrative team.
- Work towards making the school a leading institution in the region in academics, discipline, technology, activities, infrastructure, student development and overall reputation.
- Have the leadership, confidence and decision-making ability to run the school independently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
- Be prepared to be accountable for outcomes, not merely activities.
We are seeking a Principal who does not simply “serve a job”, but takes ownership of the institution—someone who thinks, plans and works with the commitment of a stakeholder and has the vision and determination to take the school to greater heights.
