Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor with an electrical background to oversee on-site electrical works, ensure project execution as per drawings and standards, and manage workforce efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical installation activities at the project site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of electrical works
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment at site
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical site supervision industrial projects preferred)
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in commercial/residential/industrial projects
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
