Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily planning and execution of all the activities like Method development and regular analysis by coordinating with R&D.
2. Responsible for regular interaction with R&D to complete the projects.
3. Responsible for review and finalization of all instrumental SOP’s and General test methods.
4. Responsible for the finalization of Specification and Test methods based on trend data.
5. Responsible for Preventive maintenance and calibration of all instruments.
6. Responsible for review and release of all ATR’s and COA’s of all Raw materials, Intermediates and Finished Products.
7. Responsible for conduct trainings of SOP’s and Technical trainings.
8. Responsible for the method development related to instrumental (HPLC & GC) and Wet chemical analysis like TLC, Potentiometric titrations, UV-Vis instrumental methods etc.
9. Responsible for method transfer activity to manufacturing sites.
10. Responsible for the preparation and review of the protocols and reports for the regulatory queries and OOS related activities.
11. Responsible for the method development of Genotoxic impurities and Nitrosamines by instrumental techniques like GC-MS and LC-MS.
12. Responsible for the method development of Elemental impurities by AAS and ICP-MS
13. Responsible for the preparation and review of method validation protocols and reports.
14. Responsible for Deviation and OOC of all instruments during calibration.
15. Responsible for the safety compliance in ARD.
Education :
B.sc / M.sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Chemistry subject is compulsory for B.Sc / M.Sc
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
