Job Responsibilities
· Manage daily workshop operations and service activities.
· Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
· Monitor bike repair, maintenance, and delivery timelines.
· Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
· Handle customer complaints related to service issues.
· Maintain workshop productivity and efficiency.
· Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with parts department.
· Ensure all service jobs are completed as per company standards.
· Track technician performance and provide training support.
· Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.
· Achieve labor sales and workshop revenue targets.
· Prepare daily/monthly workshop performance reports.
Skills & Requirements:
· Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
· Team handling and leadership skills.
· Problem-solving ability.
· Customer handling skills.
· Workshop planning and job allocation.
· Basic computer knowledge (Job card, billing, reports).
