Key Responsibilities - The Role is purely for AV Installation- Handson
- Install and commission professional Audio Visual (AV) systems at client sites.
- Carry out end-to-end installation activities from cable pulling, cable dressing, termination, testing, and final device configuration.
- Install and mount displays, projectors, LED walls, PTZ cameras, microphones, speakers, control systems, and Video Conferencing (VC) equipment.
- Perform AV rack assembly, rack dressing, cable management, and equipment labeling in accordance with industry best practices.
- Terminate and test CAT6, fiber, HDMI, audio, control, and speaker cables.
- Perform crimping, soldering, connector termination, and basic fabrication work.
- Read and interpret AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings.
- Configure AV devices under the guidance of senior engineers and assist in system testing and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure all systems meet quality standards before handover.
- Maintain tools, installation materials, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients during project execution.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in crimping, soldering, and connector termination.
- Strong knowledge of AV rack building, rack wiring, and cable dressing.
- Experience installing professional displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, and Video Conferencing (VC) systems.
- Ability to carry out complete AV installation activities from cable pulling through device configuration and commissioning.
- Familiarity with CAT6, HDMI, fiber optic, audio, control, and speaker cabling.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, and network connectivity) is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹8,848.66 - ₹30,241.00 per month
