- Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with product and process standards.
- Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions.
- Coordinate with third-party labs for sample dispatch and testing requirements.
- Support in maintaining QMS documentation, including test records, calibration reports, and log books.
- Assist in preparing documents related to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans.
- Follow and enforce the company's quality standards and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and updating Work Instructions.
- Support internal and external audit preparations (IATF/ISO).
- Assist in maintaining records for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.
- Identify training needs in coordination with departmental heads.
- Prepare and execute training plans and oversee proper documentation.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and effectiveness assessment.
- Maintain and update the employee skill matrix regularly.
- Assist in monthly salary calculation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support HR compliance activities and maintain personnel records.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor 5S activities on the shop floor and in office areas, ensuring housekeeping standards are met and sustained.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of in-process inspection & measuring instruments
- Understanding of QMS documentation (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation & training management.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years in a Quality / HR Executive role in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Familiarity with quality tools and HR processes is highly desirable.
Education : B.TECH/Diploma in Mech. Engg. (Required)
