About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who can support daily sales operations, coordinate with prospects, and keep the sales engine running smoothly. From lead follow-ups to CRM updates, you’ll play an essential role in helping the sales team convert interest into qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and operational tasks
- Conduct initial follow-ups with inbound and outbound leads on LinkedIn, email.
- Maintain and update CRM entries with accurate lead information
- Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and meeting notes
- Schedule client calls, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-through
- Track lead movement across the pipeline and share weekly reports
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and outreach workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and email communication.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
