Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by visiting industrial customers.
- Promote and sell ABB motors, drives (VFDs), and automation solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular visit reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field (MBA Marketing is an added advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Knowledge of industrial motors, VFDs, or automation products will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
