Job Description
Inno International Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (IIMCPL) is looking for a dedicated Tender & GeM Executive to manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government tender portals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tender search, bid preparation, documentation, and bid submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other government procurement portals.
- Prepare and submit Technical & Financial Bids.
- Manage the company’s GeM Seller Account.
- Prepare tender documents, BOQ, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation.
- Monitor tender status, corrigendums, and bid deadlines.
- Handle post-award documentation and order processing.
- Maintain records of all submitted tenders.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal.
- Knowledge of Government Tendering and Procurement.
- Experience in Technical & Financial Bid preparation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CPP Portal and other e-Procurement portals.
- Knowledge of Reverse Auction.
- Understanding of Government Procurement processes.
- Experience in Software/IT or Service-based tenders will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in GeM/Tender Management.
