We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can confidently demonstrate our platform, understand customer requirements, design suitable solutions and work closely with the Sales and Technical teams.
Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive will act as the technical bridge between customers and the sales team. This role requires strong product knowledge, presentation skills, solution consulting and excellent communication to help customers understand how Sendvise can solve their business challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Demonstration
- Conduct live online and offline product demos.
- Showcase Sendvise features based on customer requirements.
- Explain workflows and use cases.
- Handle product-related queries.
- Customize demos for different industries.
Requirement Gathering
- Understand customer business processes.
- Analyze pain points.
- Collect functional and technical requirements.
- Document customer expectations.
- Prepare Business Requirement Notes (BRD Summary).
Solution Consulting
- Recommend the right Sendvise products.
- Suggest suitable pricing plans.
- Explain implementation timelines.
- Recommend integrations.
- Provide automation ideas for business growth.
Proposal Support
- Assist Sales Team in proposal preparation.
- Prepare Scope of Work (Basic).
- Explain pricing to customers.
- Clarify commercial queries.
- Support enterprise presentations.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with Development Team.
- Coordinate with Technical Support Team.
- Clarify customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
Product Knowledge

- Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
