Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage in developing deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals and continuous refinement of AI-driven applications are key aspects of the daily workflow.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components within broader systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI services and their application in production environments.
- Experience with generative artificial intelligence models and their practical deployment.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions.
- Skilled in designing scalable AI pipelines for both cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
Additional Information:
