We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our wellness and healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improving business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in Ayurveda, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or hospitality will be an added advantage.
