About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager who can drive operational efficiency, streamline product processes, and enable data‑driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in analytics, SQL, cross‑functional execution, and product-oriented problem-solving. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, set goals, and drive successful product launches.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in product operations, and implement best practices and process improvements.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient workflows.
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding any/all product operational tasks
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the product development and launch processes. Implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks..
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the product meets all relevant legal and compliance requirements.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1- 3 years of experience in product operations
Strong command of SQL and data analysis
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional product teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert ambiguity into structured solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail, process orientation, and documentation disciplin
