The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
- Accurately recording meeting minutes/notes.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely flow of information
- Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and official documents
Office & Operations Management
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Track deadlines, projects, and priority tasks
- Assist with office procedures, policies, and workflow improvements
- Support special projects as assigned
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 7+ years experience as Executive Assistant role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
