Section I - Position Summary
The On-Site Support engineers will support our client largest customers by ensuring the smooth commissioning and operation of their production equipment. Activities include application testing, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintenance of automated production equipment which incorporates Datasensor product line..
Section II - Typical Duties, Activities, Responsibilities
● Receiving technical training on the operation and setup of our customer’s production equipment. Specifically how Gocators are used within the system.
● Frequent visits to customer’s site to support production line commissioning at a technical level.
● Extended on-site monitoring and troubleshooting of production equipment.
● To learn and become proficient in the operation, characteristics and performance of all Datasensor products
Section III – Education and Qualifications
●Minimum 0-1 years of experience in the high technology industry / factory automation industry working on various projects relating to their area of study- Machine Vision experience will be plus.
●Minimum of 0 -1 years customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
●Strong working knowledge of industry standards and best practices in their discipline
●Wiring and setup, basic soldering skills) with demonstrated ability in past project accomplishments
●Problem solving skills using a clear understanding of facts and implementation of test plans and solution strategies
●Solid interpersonal skills for proper function in a team environment

Pay: ₹285,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
