Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in modern Quality Engineering, promoting automation, AI/ML testing, DevSecOps, and continuous quality strategies.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional QE teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance outcomes.
- Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise-level quality and engineering standards.
- Deliver scalable, enterprise-wide quality solutions that enhance resilience, speed, and predictability across programs.
- Champion talent development through mentoring, advanced training, and building QE communities of practice.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Test Strategy Expertise: Proficient in functional and end-to-end test planning for complex, multi-system environments.
- Quality Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern QA/QE methodologies, including risk-based testing, continuous testing, and DevOps-aligned practices.
- Automation & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and pipelines integrated into CI/CD workflows.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex requirements into robust test strategies and actionable test cases.
- Metrics & Tools: Skilled in defect tracking, test management, and quality metrics tools to drive insights and continuous improvement.
- Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with emerging practices such as AI/ML-assisted testing, predictive analytics, and observability-driven testing.
Additional Information:
