About the Role
Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and assist the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Monitor food preparation and hygiene practices
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
- Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes
Requirements
✔ Experience as a Sous Chef in hotel/resort/restaurant industry
✔ Strong knowledge of Indian & multi-cuisine preparation
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
✔ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
