- Collect information on competitors and market trends.
- Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to management.
- Communication and Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments such as finance, procurement, and logistics.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding commercial matters.
- Inventory and Stock Monitoring
- Monitor product availability.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to prevent stock shortages.
Financial Assistance
- Assist in preparing budgets and sales forecasts.
- Track payments and outstanding invoices.
- Support billing and credit control activities.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure commercial documents comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Performance Reporting
- Prepare sales performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support management with data for decision-making.
