Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Incharge to expand our B2B Solar Business in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for dealer network development, client acquisition, business growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the solar sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow B2B solar business in assigned territory
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Build strong relationships with existing business clients
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare daily/weekly business reports and submit to management
- Support promotional activities and business expansion plans
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 1 year experience in Solar / Renewable Energy business will have added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within Thrissur region
