Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and changes in condition
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing)
- Valid nursing license/registration
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (freshers may apply if applicable)
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
