Qualification & Experience
- MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW
- 15–20 years of experience in HR & Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industrial and labour statutes
- Manpower planning, recruitment and selection
- Training and development initiatives
- Time office management and wage & bonus administration
- Employee welfare, engagement activities and grievance handling
- Industrial relations and disciplinary procedures
- Security, safety and contractor administration
- General office administration, housekeeping and facility management
