About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Head – AI Growth, Search & Digital Transformation to lead our organization's AI-led growth strategy. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how Artificial Intelligence is transforming customer acquisition, search behavior, sales enablement, and business operations.
You will drive AI adoption across functions, build future-ready search strategies, and leverage emerging AI technologies to create measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's AI Growth and Search strategy to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue.
- Lead AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Build and scale strategies for: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Search Optimization, Technical SEO, Organic Growth
- Improve visibility across Google Search and AI-powered platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and similar ecosystems.
- Identify AI opportunities that automate workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to implement AI for: Lead generation, Prospecting, Lead scoring, Customer insights, Sales enablement, Conversion optimization
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and knowledge management solutions.
- Lead AI-first content strategy aligned with semantic search, structured data, and entity optimization.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams to integrate AI into customer experiences.
- Monitor AI trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
- Define KPIs for AI adoption, search visibility, digital growth, operational efficiency, and revenue.
- Build and mentor a high-performing AI Growth team.
- Present AI transformation strategies and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Digital Growth, AI Search, SEO, AEO, and Growth Marketing.
- Strong experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, or similar tools.
- Hands-on expertise in: Technical SEO, AI Search Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Content Strategy, Organic Growth
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives using AI.
- Proven success implementing AI workflows and automation that improve business performance.
- Strong understanding of: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI-driven content strategies
- Experience generating B2B leads using HSN codes, industry databases, trade intelligence platforms, and market research tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, Generative AI, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
