We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring strategies, and the ability to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offer letters.
- Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
