Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls professionally.
- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries.
- Communicate effectively with international customers over voice calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call quality and follow company processes.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
