We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and service-oriented Guest Relation Executive to enhance the patient and visitor experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless coordination between patients and various hospital departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Hospital Administration, Hospitality Management, Social Work, or related field preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospital Administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
