Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wellness Sales Associate to guide customers through their wellness journey and help them discover the right Ayurveda and wellness retreats.
This role involves interacting with leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with wellness properties, and supporting customers throughout the booking journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with customers exploring wellness and healing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Understand customer requirements, wellness goals, preferences, and budget expectations
- Recommend suitable wellness retreats and programs based on customer needs
- Coordinate with wellness properties for availability, pricing, consultations, and booking support
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain healthy conversion pipelines
- Prepare and share quotations, retreat options, and booking details with customers
- Coordinate doctor consultations and support customers through the decision-making process
- Maintain and update CRM systems, lead trackers, and sales records accurately
- Build strong relationships with customers through timely communication and support
- Support post-booking coordination and customer assistance wherever required
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to improve customer experience
- Represent WellnessLoka professionally and ensure a warm, trustworthy customer experience at every touchpoint
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales
- Comfortable with calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good spoken Hindi will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in sales, customer support in travel industry
- Exposure to international customers
- Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, yoga, or holistic healing
- Experience in lead management or consultative selling

Compensation:
- Fixed Pay: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Uncapped performance-linked incentives
