We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall) construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labour teams, coordinating with engineers, ensuring quality work, and completing projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all day-to-day Diaphragm Wall construction activities.
- Manage and monitor labour, operators, and subcontractor teams.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily work activities and achieve project targets.
- Maintain labour attendance, work progress, and site records.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and construction materials.
- Enforce all safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report daily work progress, manpower deployment, and equipment status.
- Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate material requirements and equipment availability.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Diaphragm Wall projects is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and labour management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and project teams.
- Good knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
