Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and grow our clients' digital presence across multiple social media platforms. This role requires a strong blend of content strategy, team leadership, client management, creative direction, and performance-driven marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, handling direct client communications, and driving measurable business outcomes through innovative social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Lead the planning, management, and optimization of content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, designers, and freelancers to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategy discussions, campaign reviews, performance updates, and ongoing communications.
- Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns, content shoots, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific content formats such as Reels, Shorts, carousels, and video-first campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams during pre-production, production, and post-production to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
- Drive community engagement strategies and oversee audience interactions across all social platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align social media efforts with paid campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and conversion-focused objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, audience insights, and conversion data to generate actionable recommendations.
- Prepare client-facing reports and presentations with strategic insights and optimization plans.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all digital channels.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong experience in direct client communication, stakeholder management, and account handling.
- Experience working in an agency environment with multiple client portfolios.
- Exposure to influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and audience growth strategies.
