Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated professional to support fundraising operations, donor engagement, and partnership outreach across assigned regions. The role involves developing donor networks, coordinating outreach activities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to organizational growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives across assigned regions.
- Identify and connect with corporates, foundations, institutions, and individual supporters.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and donor communication materials.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management activities with partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain fundraising records, donor databases, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution, impact documentation, and regional coordination.
- Participate in events, networking activities, and partnership-building opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, sales, business development, or NGO sector roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and handling regional responsibilities.
- Proficiency in email communication, reporting, and basic documentation tools.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and outreach-oriented environment.
