Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Cum Accountant to handle accounting, finance operations, taxation, reporting, and compliance activities for our manufacturing and retail business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation
Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet & MIS reports
Manage GST compliance and statutory requirements
Coordinate with banks, CA, vendors, and financial institutions
Handle payment processing and cash flow monitoring
Perform inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
Monitor manufacturing costing, raw material usage & expenses
Reconcile retail sales (Cash, Card, UPI & Online payments)
Analyze product/store profitability and margins
Required Qualification
B.Com / M.Com
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Accounting Principles
Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP & MS Excel
Knowledge of GST & Taxation
Experience in Manufacturing Costing & Retail Accounting
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing + retail/distribution companies
Knowledge of inventory management and cost analysis
