HR Representation in Zonal Leadership Team
- Positively influence business heads that they are aligned to the people agenda and also ensure people’s strategy dovetails with the business strategy
HR Strategy for Respective Zone
- Conceptualize and deploy HR strategy for North Zone of Core Agency to support Business Plans
- Develop and deploy an effective Manpower Plan
- Ensure quality of hire
- Ensure key Talent Retention
- Conceptualize and deploy Employee Engagement Initiatives
Organizational Design
- Assist North ZOne leadership to determine and deploy the most effective organisational structure addressing business requirements
- Track to Budget vs. actual and contribute to Productivity and Cost effectiveness
Talent Management and Development for all North Zpne employees
- Operationalize OTR (Organization Talent Review) for the Growth Variable Agency
- Create and execute the succession plan for key roles
- Engage and develop Best bets
- Effective execution of MDR (Management Development Review) framework
- Enable training and development of all employees (TNA, delivery and feedback)
- Promote internal mobility and gender diversity
Build Organization Culture and Reinforce Values
- Institutionalize Organizational Values in employees and processes
- Embed effective implementation of Rewards framework, including customer centricity
- Leverage employee engagement activities to build organization culture
- Ensure unbiased investigation and compliance with the policy and process, and closure of issues reported
Performance Compensation Management
- Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process in order to ensure timely completion of performance management cycle.
- Drive moderation of ratings for North ZoneAgency and assist the business heads in making promotion decisions
- Support business in decision making (Fitment) allocation of compensation quantum for North Zone Agency. Effectively use JE (Job Evaluation) and Market benchmarks
- Deploy and monitor effectiveness of Performance review process and compensation actions
Employee Relations and Communication
- Institutionalize employee relation forums that provide opportunity to employees to connect and bond with management and peers
- Enable productive organizational climate
- Enable openness and two-way communication between employees and management through communication forums such as town halls, skip level meetings, focused group discussions
- Enable employee engagement by executing action plan emerging from employee surveys
- Handle grievances
- Provide coaching counseling to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth cordial relations
HR Policy Deployment development
- Equip business with appropriate tools knowledge to effectively manage people, in line with the plans eg Performance Management, Career Management etc
- Identify how existing HR policies / systems processes can be tailor made to North ZoneAgency specific needs
- Ensure alignment with all statutory requirements
- Foster a high-performance culture in the Team through strategic talent development, coaching, and team engagement.
Project Management
- Provide project management support HR expertise to the business with specific related projects outside of the people plans, identify strategic people issues in partnership with key clients support them with advice expertise to resolve these matters. Contribute to the delivery of business area on key performance indicators
Provide Training Coaching as requiredEnsure identification of key developmental gaps work with MDP team to ensure that the right resolutions is identified created which is effectively deployed to meet the business needs
