Jalakara manages 02 award winning boutique hotels in India and is seeking profiles for handling reservations calls and assisting in making bookings for guests at the hotels. Training shall be given for this role.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Assistant. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for managing reservations and customer service tasks. This role includes creating and maintaining accurate records of all reservations, communicating with guests to ensure a high level of customer service, and promoting sales through various channels.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- English Speaking
- Lady's shall be given preference for this role.
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
