Job Summary
A Retail Store Assistant supports the daily operations of a retail store by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. The role requires good communication skills, customer service abilities, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers locate products and answer product-related questions
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow store policies and procedures
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
