Key Responsibilities ( Develpe CRM and Other supporting tools for the organisation )
- Develop the CRM frontend
- Develop backend services
- Design and manage databases.
- Build REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API, email, telephony/IVR, Meta, Google and other lead sources.
- Build AI features such as:
- AI lead scoring
- AI call/transcript analysis
- Automatic call summaries
- Follow-up recommendations
- Client requirement extraction
- Sales-manager performance analysis
- AI chatbot/assistant
- Predictive booking probability
- Build dashboards for MD, Vertical Heads, Sales Managers and Digital Team.
- Create automated alerts for missed follow-ups, ageing leads, hot clients and pending commitments.
- Ensure role-based access and customer-data security.
- Handle deployment, testing, debugging and production support.
- Maintain Git/version control and proper technical documentation
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
