- Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least 4 years)
- Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues as well as internationalization utilizing either Unicode and/or multi-byte databases.
- Thorough understanding of MS technologies including — Visual Studio.Net, Visual Source Safe, SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server, IIS and the IE browser platform. Should be very hands on in .Net development tools, C#, and Design Patterns.
- Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc.
- Strong working knowledge of SOA architecture and technologies: SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD
- Should have experience in the design and architecture of complex commercial applications for overseas clients.
- Should have good communication skills and leadership skills.
Minimum 8 years of hands on experience in writing complex frameworks and architectures.
