Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and energetic F&B Executive to join our INEJ Digital Lounge team at Vadodara Junction. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent food & beverage service standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day lounge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food & beverage operations within the lounge
- Ensure high-quality guest service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Monitor food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns
- Maintain SOPs, grooming, and hospitality standards
- Monitor stock usage and coordinate with vendors when required
- Support the Operations team in achieving service excellence
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
- ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)
