- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss event requirements, provide venue tours, and prepare customized proposals.
- Event Logistics: Create and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) outlining schedules, menus, audiovisual needs, and room setups to relevant departments.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the kitchen, food and beverage (F&B), housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure flawless execution.
- On-Site Supervision: Supervise the event space setup and breakdown, assist during the function, and resolve last-minute requests or guest issues.
- Sales & Administration: Respond to inquiries, process contracts, handle billing/invoicing, and identify opportunities for upselling venue services
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
