We are looking for an fresher HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our client requirements .The candidates will be responsible for sourcing , screening , and coordinating candidates for various job roles.
key Responsibilities
- understand client hiring requirements and job descripition
- source candidates through job portals , social media and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- follow up with candidates databases and update records
- Support in closing positions within deadline
