About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow the online presence of Ciara Homes. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, leads, and engagement for our construction and luxury housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies for branding and lead generation
- Plan content calendars, reels, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage SEO and website optimization activities
- Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and marketing content for social media
Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or interior industry is an added advantage
- Good understanding of branding, content creation, and audience engagement
- knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is preferred
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred

- 2+ Years of experience in Digital Marketing
