· Develop Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
· Create accurate BIM models from Point Cloud, CAD and design drawings.
· Prepare models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
· Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
· Prepare shop drawings, sheets and documentation.
· Understand client scope, standards and project requirements.
· Work on Residential, Commercial and Plant/Industrial projects.
· Apply advanced BIM modelling techniques and improve workflows.
· Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
· Ensure quality and timely delivery.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
